Billy was very professional and patient while talking me through all the questions I had about my air unit and steps he would take to get everything back to running normal. Made me feel very informed and comfortable about everything. We highly recommend him!

I give this company a 5 Star review. Representative was on time and very through with pre inspection review and cost estimate. Arrived on time and performed the service in a very timely manner, install was completed and clean up was exceptional. Will contact this company for any future services.

Very good company ,very good honest work billy is a value guy can manage and fix anything he puts his hands on ,I got nothing but good to say about all this ,very proud -hes taught me nothing but the rite way how to do plumbing and heating and air

The owner showed up exactly on time, work was very precise and professionally done. Warranted all work done (lots of not do that). He cleaned up afterwards . Job well done and in my budget!

We used Adept for our air conditioner issues. Mr. Billy Carter, the owner, came to our house and discussed the issues. He was very knowledgeable and suggested TRANE FULL SYSTEM CHANGEOUT. Adept installed it immediately and we have been very satisfied with this system.

Mr. Carter is very professional. He fixed my A/C in a timely manner. There was no waiting weeks or days to get him to my house. If you are looking for a professional who wont take you to the bank and will put his all into fixing what you need he is the man to call!!!
